Founders Bridge // Chesterfield County
Founders Bridge is an upscale community in NW Chesterfield County accessed via Route 288 or Robious Road. It is comprised of estate styled single family homes and as well as 'empty-nester' targeted homes.
The community straddles the county line between Powhatan and Chesterfield and wraps around the Independence Golf Course. Construction of the golf course began in fall of 2000 with the initial sections of homes soon thereafter in 2001.

The Founders Bridge Community offers over 2 miles of walking trails, a two-pool swimming complex and unique community center for meetings and gatherings. The golf is public and residents get a break on the price and preferred tee times.
