Reeds Landing // Chesterfield County
Located in Chesterfield County along the City line, Reeds Landing is one of only a handful of gated communities within the Metro. Initially developed in the 1980’s, Reeds Landing’s homes were built with less of the ‘Transitional’ influences so common in the following decade and more along the dichotomous lines of either traditional colonial or contemporary architecture.
With large and secluded lots located off many cul-de-sacs throughout the hilly topography, Reed’s Landing is spectacularly private and largely understated. Many of the homes within the neighborhood are deceptively large and lack the ostentatious feel of the luxury product of the latter 2000’s.
The NW corridor of Chesterfield County is supported by some of the strongest schools in the Metro. The homes in the area have excellent public options as well as proximity to the private Trinity Episcopal High School. Multiple access points including Route 288, The Willey Bridge/Chippenham Parkway and the Huguenot Bridge offer access to points north of the James and Downtown.
